This course introduces some basic concepts of statistics to the students. The topics cover four main areas of discussion, namely (1) understanding data: components and distribution, (2) describing and summarizing data by the means of measures of central tendency and dispersion, (3) analyses of correlation, and (4) analyses of mean difference.
